All orders placed before 2pm are shipped same day where possible for next day delivery.

Orders over £100 excluding VAT, qualify for free delivery. Orders under £100 the delivery charge is £6.95.

The delivery van logo at the side of each product determines the delivery lead time.

Delivery Lead Time 1

Delivery Lead Time 1 - 3 working day delivery. This applies to all stocked products, most of the orders will be sent the same day that the order is placed.

Delivery Lead Time 2

Delivery Lead Time 2 will take within 3 - 5 working days to be delivered. This applies to the products that are purchased from European countries. The products maybe delivered sooner than 5 days depending on stock.

Delivery Lead Time 3

Delivery Lead Time 3 will take within 5 - 10 working days to be delivered. This applies to selected products. The products maybe delivered sooner than 10 days depending on stock.

Delivery Lead Time 4

Delivery Time 4 will take within 10 - 15 working days to be delivered. This applies to all exclusive products. The products maybe delivered sooner than 15 days depending on stock.

Attempted Deliveries

In the event that a delivery is attempted and there is no one available to receive and sign for the consignment, (It is up to you to make sure that someone is available to accept the delivery, we will not accept any responsibility for failed deliveries due to no-one being available to sign for it.) the delivery company will leave a Tried to deliver card. That card will offer the consignee alternate means by which they may receive their delivery. The consignment will be returned to the sender if after 5 working days the goods have not been delivered successfully. At which point there will be a further delivery charge incurred by you the customer for re-delivery. There is an option in the ordering section to state an alternative delivery address.

Our standard delivery is £6.95 for overnight.

We also offer special deliveries: Before 9am £25- Before 10.30 £20- Before Noon £15, Saturday £30

We offer next day on 95% of the UK mainland on orders placed before 2pm.
