The full size demister pad be hide the mirror will activate when the mirror lights are switched on. The pad takes 20 seconds before fully demisting the mirror. Other mirrors rely on the heat from the lights to demist the mirror and do not complete demist the mirror.

The mirrors are IP44 rated which conforms with building regulations and are safe for us in Zones 1, 2 and 3 of a bathroom. We use T5 tubes which have a longer life than G4 lamps and are cheaper to replace.
